IFSCC Congress Awards
The IFSCC Award is designed to encourage and recognise outstanding research studies in Cosmetic Science and its related technology. The Award consists of 7500 Swiss Francs and is granted to the author or authors of the most noteworthy paper presented at each Congress of the IFSCC. In addition, an Honourable Mention Award of 2000 Swiss Francs is given to the next best presentation. If there are two Honourable Mentions of equal merit, they each receive 500 Swiss Francs. An Award of 1000 Swiss Francs is also given to the best Poster Presentation. This can also be divided equally between two poster winners. The Award Committee is comprised of seven distinguished delegates to the IFSCC Congress, appointed from seven different member societies. The criteria for the IFSCC award are: originality, scientific contribution, importance and relevance to the industry, presentation and the use of visual aids.
