THE SCIENCE BEHIND ASIAN COSMETICS SCORES ANOTHER HIT FOR SINGAPORE

The Society of Cosmetic Scientists of Singapore (SCSS) held its annual technical conference and lab workshop at the Singapore Polytechnic School of Chemical and Life Sciences from 23-24 March 2017. Two highly relevant topics – anti-pollution and men’s grooming – were featured during the event. There was an overwhelming response from the industry with a total of 50+ participants from 20 companies in attendance.

Reputable speakers from our sponsors shared their expertise at the conference:

  • Anti-pollution for Skin and Hair (P&G Consumer Research)
  • Anti-Pollution in Hair Care (BASF)
  • Anti-Pollution Skin Care (Lipotec)
  • Neurocosmetics & Pollution (Givaudan)
  • Male Grooming Trends (Mintel)
  • Survival of the Modern Man (Croda)
  • Men's Care-The New Frontier (Seppic)

The hands-on workshops were very interactive and extremely well received by delegates:

  • Anti-pollution conditioner (BASF)
  • Anti-pollution day & night creams (Givaudan)
  • CC cream for men + Fresh for men (Croda)
  • Moisturizing body cream for men + Hydrating cryo-geltrap mask (Seppic)

Overall feedback from delegates was very positive.

The SCSS is excited to invite delegates to its TSBAC 5th edition in 2018!
