CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR 2016 CONGRESS AWARD WINNERS
Congratulations to all this year’s award winners at the IFSCC Congress. They were all worthy winners. The quality of presentations at the Congress underlined the very high level of science in the cosmetics industry and the hugely important role the IFSCC plays in enabling cosmetic scientists to share their work with the wider cosmetic science community. All the awards were presented during the closing Congress Gala Dinner.
John Jiménez (Belcorp) receives the Henry Maso Young Scientist award for his paper 'Application of eye-tracking methodology for fragrance evaluation'
Damien Velleman (Nihon L’Oréal) receives the Best Basic Research award for his Podium Presentation on 'Translating the human hair surface state into sound'
Rainer Voegeli (DSM Nutritional Products) receives this year’s award for Best Applied Research for his Podium Presentation on 'The presence of essential and non-essential stratum corneum proteases: the vital need for protease inhibitors'
Tomonobu Ezure (Shiseido) receives the award for Best Poster entitled 'The sweat gland as a breakthrough target for anti-aging skin care – Discovery of novel skin aging mechanism: ‘dermal cavitation’
